Resident Christopher Alas graduates St. Thomas Law

Christopher Daniel Alas’  parents, Cesar and Niurka Alas, moved to Royal Oaks in June of 1992 when young Alas was only two years old. Alas attended Horeb Christian School from K3 to seventh grade, where he then went to Doral Charter Middle and graduated High School from there.

He later attained his Bachelors degree in Psychology from Florida International University. He was later accepted to the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University in Orlando. After completing his first year of law school, Alas transferred to St. Thomas University Law school to be near his home town of Miami Lakes. While in St. Thomas, Alas was accepted as a member of St. Thomas’ “Trial Team” and “Tax Law Honors Society.” Alas also attained the Dean’s list for the Spring and Fall Semesters of 2017.

On May 12, Alas graduated as Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, certified in Tax, Business and Real Estate Law, and was accepted to the prestigious Georgetown University Law school in Washington D.C. to continue his education and attain his Masters in Tax Law, which he will be attending in August 2018.
